  • Two (2) Doosan Puma MX2100ST CNC Mill-Turns with full 9 axis capable with . Both machines have IEMCA Turbo Bar Feeders and Rotary Rack for production

 

  • Three (3) Doosan Puma GT2600M CNC Lathes with Live Tooling and Robotic  capabilities. All are equipped with IEMCA bar feeders

 

  • Four (4) Doosan Lynx 2100 CNC Lathes

 

  • Three (3) Samsung SL-15/20 CNC Lathes

 

  • One (1) Doosan Puma 240M CNC Lathe

 

  • One (1) Fanuc Robodrill Vertical CNC Machining Center

  • One (1) Star SB-20R Swiss Turn with 12 ft Edge Bar feeder

 

  • One (1) Makino U6 HEAT CNC Wire EDM Machine with  large diameter capability for enhanced speed

 

  • One (1) Brother Speedio R655X2 Vertical CNC Machining Center with 4th axis option

 

  • One (1) Citizen Cincom A20 Swiss Turn with 12ft FMB Bar Feeder

 

  • Complete Toolroom equipped with manual Bridgeport Mills, Lathes, Cut-off Saws, Band Saws, Surface Grinders, Drill Presses and Honing machines.

 

  • Complete Secondary De-Burr and Finishing Equipment, Raptor Blasters, Buffing Machines and Tabletop Grinding equipment.
